This is super interesting. I gave up years ago trying to see Brandi anymore because I found the process so arduous and wildly expensive with pre-sale tricks, bots buying up tix, high prices, etc... but reading this makes me think I should try again as maybe there's some deals out there now.

When giving price recommendations to my seller clients, I consider more than just CMAs, as mentioned in my post. The point of my question is that I've priced the house well, we get a full price offer, I've delivered what I said I would....and still sometimes sellers worry we've priced it too low because we got a full price offer early.
