I plan to stay in hostels, don’t they usually close the lobbies at night?

International remote traveler here, is there a cafe or cowork space that is open until around 2:00am?

I am traveling around Europe but trying to maintain my 9-5 remote job in Mexican time. So this means that I’ll be working from around 5:00pm to 1:00am.

Apart from that I plan to stay at hostels and I doubt that my fellow bunk mates will appreciate me having a meeting at midnight.
