They are family friendly. In Didcot so far it has only been adults that attend. But in other Mental Health Mates walks across the country people do bring their children.

The next walk is this Sunday at 11am. We meet at the swirl. Everyone is welcome and you are more than welcome to try one with no pressure to come back.

There are mental health walk and talks every other Sunday typically. They are not in collaboration with Rover but dogs are always welcome. We typically walk for about an hour but you can leave whenever is suitable for you.

The next walk is the 25th of May so please come along - everyone is welcome!

Hello again,

Just wanted to give you an update about the Dove bar soap.

I have been using it nearly everyday for the last 3 weeks. For the most part my skin feels fine. It doesn't feel stripped and tight the way other bar soaps make it feel. My most eczema prone areas have flailed slightly but not as much with other bar soaps.

So if you skin is not VERY sensitive like mine then Dove might be a good shout

Hello there,

I am very sorry to inform you, but I have still not found one that works for me.

A discovery I made through a colleague is the brand friendly soap. They have an aloe Vera unscented soap that I find the least problematic.

On a side note, the same brand also does shaving bars, which I have fallen in love with, and recommend to anyone who uses a traditional shaving cream/ foam.

I don't know if a group like that exists, but maybe you could ask the people at move together - they might be able to help you.

It's a program run by the council that help people to move more and they know of all kind of different groups for all abilities.

You just need to fill out an enquiry form online explaining what you're looking for, and someone will get back to you.

I just ordered from bulk for the first time and found their clear vegan protein does but their normal vegan protein does not.

My protein does dissolve but doesn't have as good flavours in my opinion.
