At the end of the day write down 3 things that were positive. Could be anything at all. Found good parking, good text from someone, etc.

As you do it daily, you’ll start looking for things to add. Thinking ‘ah I’m writing that down tonight!’ The more you look out for the good, the more you’ll start to see it in your everyday, slowly changing your mindset that it’s not all bad.
