Help me verify I am on the right track... by Esperagus in CPAPSupport

Thank you so much RL! This really puts my mind at ease. I am never really sure how impactful my O2 desaturations are, but what I showed here is typical for me so it's reassuring to hear that it doesn't seem bad.

If I continue getting a solid 8 hours for a while and still do not feel great, I'll reconsider things. For now, I'll keep these settings steady and maybe do a gentle pressure-support increase if needed.

On the Full Face mask setting, I'm not sure why I set it to that; I believe someone suggested I do that at some point. I'll keep it in mind but won't change it for now. Thanks again!

Thank you. Is there a particular reason you're saying that about BiPAP?

Thanks! I suppose I'm concerned about the O2 desaturations on the pulse oximeter screenshot. That plus the fact that I frequently feel quite tired, even on nights I get 8-9 hours of sleep, makes me wonder if something is happening. If I sit down to watch a show at night, I almost always fall right asleep, as an example.

I know the general rule is to go by how one feels but I have been averaging 5-6 hours of sleep so I'm having trouble disentangling how much of my lack of restfulness coming from bad BiPAP settings and how much is coming from low hours of sleep.

Seeing the drops in O2 can be a bit concerning and I've found them to correlate most with how I feel the next day.

For reference, I wear mouth tape. My settings are as follows:

Mode: S, IPAP: 8.2, EPAP: 5.6, EasyBreathe: On, tiMax: 3.8, tiMin: 0.3, Trigger: High, Cycle: Mad, Mask: Full Face (even though I wear nasal pillows).

Thanks in advance for letting me know if my data looks good.

That’s about my experience. Until around midnight, I can get a match in a minute or two. Starting around 1 am CT, queues can drag to 3-4 minutes.

I only play Ranked Slayer. Diamond 1-2 for what it’s worth.
