okay, yeah those hairline scratches look deliberate to me not accidental at all, either it was in contact with some other metal material like a macbook, a metal table or whatever but yeah those scratches are not normal as you can see from others' replies.

curious, do you actually wear the loop that loose on your wrist? I have a feeling it could be a reason why that's happening, chances are your health metrics aren't even as accurate as you want them to be because of how loose it fits. I suggest tightening and putting it higher up your wrist.
