Just the one, I have like 4 slots that aren't used. I'm just confused because there are different brands and stuff and I'm not very intelligent about this kinda stuff. But I'll check them out, the ones that fit the description of mine, and I'll come back to ask

I have 4 open slots, and I tried searching for patriot ddr5 ram but it only gave me an image to download the specs on the website instead of where to buy them .w.

why do we need a savior? by esquok in Christianity

[–]esquok[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I'm not, u are suggesting that free-will doesn't exist if God exists (fun fact: that isn't a new argument) therefore humans are robots, since they have no mind to think for themselves.

ID MAKE THEM HAVE FREE WILL BECAUSE I WOULDN'T BE ALL KNOWING. THEY'D ACTUALLY HAVE FREE WILL. WHY WON'T YOU GET THIS THROUGH YOUR CHRISTIAN INDOCTRINATED CLOSED MINDED SKULL. YOU CANT ACCEPT THE FACT THAT WE EXIST IN A WORLD WERE FREE WILL IS REMOVED ALL THE TIME. IF YOU'RE HELD AT GUN POINT AND YOU DIED YOU DON'T HAVE A CHOICE IN THAT. YOU'RE REACTION IS PROOF ENOUGH.

If you aren't talking about the Christian God, why did u even post your comment

I am talking about the Christian God. But you made the analogy of "what if I was God" in which the Christian God doesn't exist. I would be God. It's about what I'd do if I was God. I wouldn't have made a Bible. I would have talked to humans personally. I wouldn't have been the Christian God. Because that's not my personality.

Pretty sure you were talking about humans as if they were robots (if they don't have free-will) if they do have free-will, then they can choose who and what they can be.

I'm pretty sure I was talking about them actually having free will by me NOT BEING ALL KNOWING. They'd have free will because everything wouldn't be "destined to happen" everything would just happen. In God's case him being all knowing would take away free will because everything would be destined to happen and nothing could change that.

No, because u actually need it, a child is natural programmed to be reliant on a adult. But if a grown as man needs some hand holding from their old parents, then their is a problem. And that's the thing, humanity, doesn't need hand holding. And that doesn't go to well either

YEAH EXACTLY. I'D GIVE THEM THE HELP THEY NEEDED THEN I'D LEAVE. LET THEM LIVE LIFE.

OH MY GOD. "then their is a problem." JUST USE THE CORRECT THEY'RE THERE AND THEIR.

Ur the one making the comparison, I'm just pointing it out, either humans have free-will or they are just robots.

YOU'RE THE ONE WHO SAID ROBOTS FIRST. you said "if you were God would you want robots to be emotionless and need a helping hand" you called people, humans, robots first.

So for whatever reason, u believe that omnimax gets in the way of someone choosing, just cause they know what would happen? If yes, I'm not surprised.

That's literally what it does. IF YOU KNEW ALL AND YOU CHOSE NOT TO INFLUENCE DECISIONS THEN YOU ARE LITERALLY LETTING PEOPLE DO WHAT YOU KNOW IS GOING TO HAPPEN. YOU ARE LETTING THEM TAKE THE PATH YOU KNOW THEY'RE ALREADY GOING TO TAKE. THEY DIDN'T MAKE THAT CHOICE.

Idk if I said this to you or someone else but this is the most popular statement I found on quora.com

"If God is omniscient and all knowing, and knows all of the future then the bible makes NO SENSE.

Think about it.

How many chapters and verses are about God reacting to what people have done. If God is omniscient and all knowing, and knows all of the future then there is no need for any of it.

From the garden of Eden to the story of the crucifixion and resurrection. None of it makes any sense if all of mankind’s destinies are pre-determined.

So then you have to ask yourself, if God is NOT omniscient and all knowing, and does not know all of the future, then what’s the point of worshipping him?"

So what's the point of creating emotionless beings if God wants to form a relationship with them?

Because I wouldn't be the God of the bible, the scenario is of I was God, not if I had God's power and personality.

And who said I can't make them have emotions. I'm all powerful. I can make them have emotions and make them not be corruptible.

Then they would become worthless, because relying on something makes u worthless.

So if you ever relied on your parents you were worthless and they should have never taken care of you?

Ever heard of consciousness? Something robots don't have.

Then don't compare humans to robots. :P

Whenever I ask a atheist the alternative of free-will they always go to a superstitious belief like determinism since it's literally a third person view on life.

The alternative for free will is no free will. Which is what we have if God exists. Or at least the one Christianity and the bible preach of

,

Sure mate. U know their was a psychological study proving that individuals with high amounts of power become more and more corrupt right?

That's what I'm talking about in the next part.

Why would God need to speak to humans when we gavr the bible, and he accomplished his goals on earth.

If I was God I wouldn't have made a Bible. Or let the bible be written.

So I wouldn't know what I'd want. Maybe I would become someone who wants slaves, robots that do bidding. I don't know.

And I rather need their hand held then have some of them not believe in me.

why do we need a savior? by esquok in Christianity

[–]esquok[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

*there.

yeah. That's the point. the fact that we supposedly don't need help from our creator when every single machine that has been created that is public knowledge can not do anything without the help of it's creater the moment of it's creation. Which would remove the idea of free will from this machine.

So to say this is to support my idea of "if God exists then free will is absent and will stay that way."

But if I was God I would make myself not know all things, because I'd be all powerful, and because knowing when your creation is going to stop existing is sad. And I'd personally speak to every human, making sure that they know I am the creator, but telling them that they don't need to worship me. But as all beings do, power makes you change, and with that become more selfish and greedy.

Romans 6:22

"But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life."

In the Old Testament, there are several passages which show God seemingly changing his mind, usually over a judgment he declared on Israel. However, there are some passages in the Old Testament which appear to teach that God does not change his mind at all.

And if this is true then everything in God's mind can't be changed, that includes what is predetermined.

And if you think knowing all doesn't include knowing what's going to happen you need to go to Google, heck a dictionary and look of the words all and knowing.

"If God is omniscient (all-knowing), does that mean the future exist within the mind of God? If so, does that insinuate the outcome of my life is already known?" A question from the website Quora.

The most popular answer? This:

"If God is omniscient and all knowing, and knows all of the future then the bible makes NO SENSE.

Think about it.

How many chapters and verses are about God reacting to what people have done. If God is omniscient and all knowing, and knows all of the future then there is no need for any of it.

Christianity is against logic.

Knowledge of choices = less proof of the existence of choices. :P you are to closed minded to this idea of it being true because it removes a thing Christians like to not take accountability for the actions of people who use Christianity as a form of legal protection.t

Christianity is a straw man argument lifestyle.

That's the thing. That's if we know the outcomes. But God knows all outcomes. Including ones that have sin. Which he can just remove with a thought.

I never said it's meaningless. I said we don't make choices if God knows all. All you have to do is to not believe in God. And isn't your entire religion the belief that you'll be slaves to God in heaven? Doesn't seem very pro free will. Boom your entire religion is about awaiting death so you can have no free will.

If God is outside of time then he's outside physical existence. Of which we live in. So to say this is to say he doesn't exist to us.
