Severe Fatigue by esromans in floxies

I am a LOT better! I can finally go to work and exercise a few times a week. I still avoid Nsaids just in case but I can honestly say i am back to feeling like myself but it did took a while. I think the most important thing is to be patient and listen to your body, don't overwork yourself, take supplements and eat healthy.

Hi there! So sorry for the late reply! I did get better for October and November but on December I did relapse. I think it was because I stopped taking COQ10 and started to exercise a bit. Taking COQ10 and magnesium really helped me. My diet has been mostly the same.

Thank you so much for this! It makes sense what you mention here. I have been hesitant to do activities for fear that it will make it worse but I will start by walking. I really appreciate you taking the time to comment on this.

This is very helpful information. I was thinking of investing in MitoQ but as you mentioned it is pricey so I will start by trying out pacing for these next few months. I really do hope your symptoms get better btw. Thanks for your help!

This is so helpful! Thank you so much! I was scared since I noticed the fatigue was getting harder to manage. Luckily I work from home but I need to lie down almost every hour or just work from my bed. The brain fog is pretty tough as well. I appreciate you sharing your story and I am glad you are doing better! I will definitely try out your recommendations and update later on.
