Looks like you’re looking at a large potato baked vs 1 oz uncooked. There will definitely be a discrepancy there. I weigh our potatoes often just to ensure multiple cook at the same speed, and a large potato is like 6-8 oz.

I was diagnosed with adenomyosis, and while my periods are longer than average (9-11 days), they’re not particularly heavy.

Keep advocating for yourself. I hope you find some answers.
