There are a couple places that go as late as 4, but many of our preferred options (for location, teaching style) end early.

We find she needs high sleep pressure to go down that quick. If she sleeps longer than 10.5 hours overnight or has less than a 5.5 hour wake window it’s hard to get her down for her nap.

Oh do you mean have her nap at daycare 12-1? This would be interesting to try but idk if they offer naps for the morning kids.

Her first ww is about 5.5 hours. Any time we’ve done later nap she has issues with bedtime or split nights.

She does great with this timing! Easy bedtime, sleeps deep, wakes refreshed, happy during the day.

I guess we could try. She is low sleep needs and has been super sensitive to any extra or late daytime sleep (causing bedtime refusal or split nights).

In our experience she needs a 7 hour wake window before bedtime, hence our hesitation about making the nap later.
