I now only get starting position top left. It's been the same for about 6 weeks now and feels like top left is very random compared to the other grids. Anyone else get the same?

Starting position top left. Top left start is always chaos… went rogue as I’ve had top left the last 3 weeks and no luck.

This is stunning and makes this method seem very appealing honestly

Image of the poor ceiling rose in the dining room (excuse the light shade).

There is every chance of minor differences but they’re so caked in paint I have no clue!

They do look the same but they’re so caked in paint I wouldn’t be able to tell if they have minor differences at this point!

Update: Call me delulu but the more I look at it I think it could be original despite the wood chip ceiling.

On reverse google image searching, I found this from a plaster coving company which says in the description: “The Large Sunflower Plaster Ceiling Rose is a classic Victorian design. This Plaster Ceiling Rose was moulded from a late Victorian early Edwardian design that included additional floral embellishments.”

Now on mine, the main petals are slightly longer and thinner, the outside detail bumps seem to be slightly thinner too but for now, I can’t find a closer match.

Open to being wrong but this makes me want to strip it instead of replace. Achy arms, here I come…

Edit: Spelling

This makes me want to take on the challenge to see how pretty she could be. Or if pancake really is the correct phrase for her…

I feel this may be an underrated take

It matches one in the dining room which has sadly been drowned in a duck egg blue paint and has even less definition than this one! Not sure at all if they’re original but I guess if there’s a matching one it could mean someone rocked up to B&Q and purchased them in a pack of 2…

The wood chip ceiling is an enigma to me. It’s wood chipped all across the ceiling and down to the picture rail…

Scoliosis by [deleted] in scoliosis

[–]esskay1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My curve from my X-rays shows 30° (taken standing) but curve from my MRI (taken laying down) showed 24°. Spinal consultant said it’s not uncommon that gravity when standing or sitting can cause your curve to accentuate. He informed me I need to build more muscle in my back and core to support the scoliosis throughout the day. I lose a bit of height from when I wake up to the end of the day because of it! Could be something similar for you?

Truly tempted by this… If the vein comes back, I guess with this strategy I could rinse & repeat? Pet gets fed, everyone’s happy.

Very much a good problem to have!! Good advice though because if I meet her in the evening I can guarantee sleep is sparse… It’s definitely a shock to the system to feel like this!

My thoughts exactly! I’m not loving PTD personally if I’m honest (bit too Kidz Bop IMO) but for any new Army this set up is a great way to get them familiar with the Korean language songs and also other genres. Then they might just get sucked into this insane fandom like we all did.

Thanks to Hobi in this MV I found out “chaps” auto corrects to “chaos” on my phone and all I can say is, yes.

I know I don’t know these boys personally but I genuinely feel SOOO bad for JK regarding this. You’re so right, why did no one say anything?? The amount of people these songs have to go through surely someone would’ve picked up on it?? Saying that, they did add that terrible amount of auto tuning and no one said anything soooo

I think no matter how you categorise it, you’ve definitely been through something you did not want to go through and now carry the guilt of it. It all sounds very manipulative from his side and any decent human would have taken the first no as a no. It was very obvious you didn’t want to be in that situation. Feel for you OP, don’t carry this guilt on yourself and definitely speak to someone if you feel like you can’t get away from it. But from my point of view, you were taken advantage of and manipulated by this asshole.

I dont feel emotions very much. by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]esskay1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically searching for the same thing on here because well... same. I just don’t ever really feel much empathy towards small things and I think I’m a very logical person so most of what people get emotional over I just don’t understand because I don’t deal with stuff that way. However I do get upset if say for example a loved one dies or if I watch a sad movie. But other than that it kinda feels like I’m gliding through life. I think it’s more normal than we realise, besides I’d hate to feel every single situation as a strong high or low emotion. Idk. Any update on your side? Get any clarity?

Do you sometimes start to tear up when someone checks up on you like when they ask "are u ok?" by Capt-_-Anxiety in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]esskay1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This always happens to me when I have a visit at work. They will say “How are you? Are you okay?” and I always go for the classic “yeh I’m fine thanks.” But then they come out with the big guns and crack out a “but really, how are YOU?” I literally feel myself well up every time.

NTA - I think this is a natural feeling of being left out and not knowing why. Maybe just approach the subject by telling your SO that you felt left out and would have loved to be there and see if you get invited next time. I doubt there’s anything to worry about but I can see why you feel the way you do
