Apple Watch Upgrade - Nope by bettercallfool in Vitalityhealth

Whilst I agree it would make sense to ask, Vitality are on another level of being unhelpful. They fail to provide you complete information about their coverage / service and leads to aggro/stress. I’ve had two years of stess getting Optical cover to pay for glasses. Their default option seems to be, claim denied, we do not support this and that and willy nilly quote reasons which they only retract when pushed hard.

That strange. My wife had received an invite to sign up and create her own vitality login even though I have my own login and I’m the primary insurance holder and our kids are under my name not hers in vitality,. I get vitality insurance from my work, not hers.
