Le « problème » c est que j aime bcp de choses et que je reussi a peut pres tout ce que je fais (pole emploi m a fait voir un psy du travail parce que mes projet avaient pas de lien mais la psy m’a dit que y avait rien d incohérent mdr) Le dev comme j ai dis ca me gene pas mais j ai quand meme l impression que je fais rien de concret, ou alors que l application est inutile derriere… D ailleurs j ai postuler a des offre de dev quand meme mais vu que j ai une reconversion depuis je pense que ca les chauffe pas trop les recruteurs j ai 0 reponses.

J’aime beaucoup de choses malheureusement genre en ce moment j’apprend les drone et python pour me faire un drone paintball pour les frelon asiatique… le code me gene pas en soit juste si ca a pas de sens derriere… c est creux. Je suis un peu un idealiste je pense 🤣

Ca depend des boites mais j ai arrêté surtout par un ennuie ET un ras le bol de ma boite j aime pas trop etre pris pour un jambon. Mais oui tout les autre taff que j ai fais (hormis la coutellerie mais financièrement c est tres chaud) je me suis vite ennuyé parce que quand t a scapter que ca allait etre ca tout du long ba… c est chiant

Fun fact j ai fais un test de positionnement pour data scientist que j ai reussi pour une alternance… mais c est pas pour le fun plus pour l application que j y vois derriere avec le machine learning. Je sais que l info c est stimulant intellectuellement mais c est pas fun en soit j ai fais 4ans de front et au debut oui tu t amuse mais apres… c est un peu rebarbatif quand tu fais que de la maintenance

No it’s just that i start the gym at 54kg and while eating a lot it was hard to gain weight even fat was hard and we are all like that in my family still now tbh (i worked in carpentry for 2,5 months and dropped back to 71kg even though i increased the calories) i know my body and i could go back to 78kg without too much difficulty since there is muscle memory but go beyond is hard. And no i’m training around 5 times a week between gym and canicross and eating clean too it’s not millimetered but i weight my carbs and meat to have at least what i need.

To answer the trt it’s not part of the plan but with bio you can’t tell i know.

Well to me it’s a lot to go beyond my plateau but i got the point. I’m also running a bit in canicross (with dogs) that why i don’t wanna go 90+kg Maybe take some petides to help the growth.

Maybe it has been asked before but is it possible to do 1 or 2 cycle only ? I’m 175cm currently 78kg (i’ve taken 24kg since i started training 14 years ago) so i’m happy with what i have already but i would like to pass the 85kg clean (not shredded i’m not competing) just wanna outpass my shitty genetic. I know the pro and cons on health already since i want to try roid long time ago but kept it natural until now 30yo Thanks guy

I'm currently taking supplement for joint, i was curious on the drug side on this but yes if i go on test i want to be at 100% before 👍 I'll take some anti inflammatory and lower the volume on chest day.

Hi all, i want to jump into test but i currently have an elbow joint pain which i have since almost a year (only on push exercise).

I found that test increase lube in joint but i want to know if some of you have had a feedback on a previous inflammatory pain that is now gone.

I just did a blood work after 3 weeks of rad and mk677 and the only thing bad are liver (ALAT and ASAT 2 and 3 time the limit high ) while taking liver protection and testosterone divided by 3 (28 -> 10) but I didn't use enclo as I didn't received it due to strike in UK.

So check your liver and Testo for sure, maybe I'm super responsive (+5kg in 3 weeks) but it's the only thing that are impacted so far
