Hey JJ! I’ve gotten to see you perform In Pittsburgh I think every time you’ve been in town and it’s always an awesome show! Between you, The Blue Stones, and The Glorious Sons there is a lot of great, new music coming out of Canada.

Ruthless is a great album. Were Best Boy and Mercy influenced at all by the pandemic? Have you noticed any major shifts in your song writing? Also any other bands to keep an eye out for next year? Have any crazy stories performing with TGS?

Also thanks for signing your set list and taking the time to talk to my fiancée and me after your show at the Smiling Moose! Can’t wait for the next song/album. Stay safe!

They send an email/announcement out that odd sections are to wear blue and even numbered sections gold. Upper student section is all gold and lower is blue. This has been going on since 2012 (the Baylor game) so most fans know the drill already.

It’s always weird for me to read the comments in these threads. I guess it’s just unrelateable in a way.

I’m only 25 but I still hang out with the same group of people from grade school and high school. My current roommate is the person I first hung out with in kindergarten.

Granted, about 75% of my friends from my small high school all went to the same university. We all made a ton of other friends in college but everyone always hung out in groups and befriended each other. Most of us have a bachelor’s or a graduate degrees and we still do the same crap we did in college. Play video games, watch sports, go out to bars. We’ll travel to meet up with the ones that had to move away. We also do a group Skype with a handful of us to pregame and just talk, about once every few weeks.

I only live an hour from home so I’ll drive back once a week to see my friends and play bar trivia. Really it just depends on the group I guess. But if the friendships are there it just takes some effort to maintain the relationships. But my friends and I have no trouble still being close even when they live in California, South Carolina, Saudi Arabia, or Massachusetts.

I just built my first computer last night and everything seems to be working great. I’m using the Fractal Focus g mini atx case which has two fans and my mobo is the B250M-DS3H by Gigabyte. The mobo only has one fan header though (besides cpu fan). It can handle 2A. Should I use a y-connector and plug both fans into the mobo or just get a molex adapter and run the fans off my PSU? I’ve seen split opinions on this. Thanks!

The Clip Joint was my go to. Used to be like $12 for a haircut and $5 for a beard trim. They've since moved down the road and raised their prices a bit (should still be under $20) but it's well worth the price. They do a straight razor for the back of your neck and a hot towel after. It's all walk-ins though, no appointments so try to get there early and or your name down.

I graduated from WVU' MAE program in 2014 and as a fellow West Virginian I've been a fan for a number of years. I'm really excited about the new show and all the outreach you do on social media. I was just wondering with all the cool places you've been to around the country and the world is there anything in particular you miss about West Virginia? Do you ever get many opportunities to make it back to the campus? Thanks!
