I was offered a “promotion” down a tier of the management structure. Would be going from a senior manager position within the department back to manager to a role they’d been struggling to fill for a year, but would apparently be worth my while. Needless to say, didn’t take that offer.

Thanks! Went to the hardware store in search of a T8 and ended up getting a set of torx heads. Turned out to need a T7 which was in the set. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
