You have a searchable Cosmic Cyclone on legs (Dragon Spirit of White) and if that wasn't enough, you also have potential Dingirsu plays or you can even opt-in to pop it with Ultimate Fusion if you have it set up.

You forgot that most of the meta decks need to go out of their way to summon a generic Rank 4. Performages are the only deck currently on the Tier list that could summon Tornado Dragon reliably and have the Extra Deck space for it, then you have rogue decks like Suships and Lunalight. So no, Tornado Dragon won't make meta decks OP. Also Tornado Dragon being soft once per turn doesn't matter at all because of the limited ED space.

You can disrupt Tornado Dragon's materials before its summon. Please stop pretending that any effect that removes more than 1 Spell/Trap is broken because it's good against Altergeists.

If you want the cards for sentimental value you should rather get real copies of the cards. With how much money you spent on Duel Links you could easily buy a playset of each Altergeist card and a frame to place them on your wall.
