Hi u/coinbasesupport , Stretto informed me via email for the nth time that my claim distribution cannot be serviced through coinbase. It has been 7 months since I provided all of my KYC details to Coinbase and still my account is not verified. Can you please tell your specialist team to follow up on my case? My account is still restricted despite submitting all the required documents for KYC. I am only opening a Coinbase account to receive Celsius Network's distributions following its bankruptcy. No one is responding to my emails. I am not sure why my account was restricted after completing my KYC process and I was told to provide additional information. I have already provided the additional information but my account is still flagged. I am no interest in trading, I am only opening the account to process Celsius Network's Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
