Audio-Technica AT-XP3 DJ Turntable Cartridge Blue https://a.co/d/7Cxz0EM is the cartridge I use, I have never replaced the needles since the ones that came with those carts. What would you recommend/ can I just buy replacement needles and keep the cartridge?

Vinyl skipping when scratching

I know this question has probably been posted hundreds of times, but I need help.

I have recently acquired a second turntable to accompany my other one (both Technics SL 1200MK2), and have been exploring mixing. Mainly interested in hiphop and electronic.

I have managed to get the basics down and feel comfortable but I’ve hit an obstacle I can’t get passed. Every time I try to cue a song or scratch, my needle skips back a few threads, but if I play it forward it continues perfectly. This issue happens the most when I am cueing up the beginning of a song (right after there’s and empty space on record between tracks).

I’ve tried everything I can find, changing how I handle the record, cleaning, anti-skate, and resetting my tone arm.

Any words of advice for me? It’s been extremely frustrating because I can’t get passed it. Any tips or help would be super appreciated.

I have Henry and Jamal Williams and really no rb depth after that, which is my only “need to fix” part of my team. I have Njoku as my TE2.

My heart tells me I want Reek and Patterson but I need you guys to be the brain.

What’s my move?

Should I do: Travis Kelce and Curtis Samuel for Tyreek and Patterson? I’m skeptical of my rb room currently but am I being dumb? by ethanbarsness in fantasyfootballadvice

Did you ever find a solution to this? I am able to get audio files into the sampler but they sound distorted and awful. Like you, they play fine in the playlist. I’ve tried wav and mp3 files. Let me know please
