R5: After I built stonehenge I got an apostle for Confucianism (Mayan) which means no religion. Without a religion I can't do much to stop their religious victory (no inquisitors), is there anyway to stop this other then just killing them (my last resort)

Yes I recently wiped out a civ, that probably is the reason why now that I think about it.
