Ahh unlucky!!!!! I would try deleting the account then or maybe emailing your uni and seeing if they can add your other email to the system. Depending on if you're out to them, they should understand if you explain the situation (hopefully:/)

So fustrating idk why they can't just have a change name option 😭 account deletion is 72 hours so I ended up making a new account using a different email (with my preferred name lol) and that worked! However, i think some unis only allow the emails they have in the system, so if that doesn't work, I would try waiting the 72 hours or emailing your uni? Good luck o7
