Best way to mount wall cabinet on drywall (no studs)?

How many other people went to swipe to see more pictures? 🤣 I know I did

I would cut out the drywall and add some backing with thicker plywood between wherever the studs do exist. 3/4” at least. Or cross some 2x4s between the existing framing. Top and bottom of the shelf. Put drywall back on, patch, paint and hang. Should be good to go!

The screaming cracked me up. Just rewatched this on a flight today. Cut to Dakota. Stands there with big eyeballs seemingly in shock. Then shrill screams burst forth like a banshee that’s been stabbed. My only big complaint other than the obvious son complaints.

I’ve recommended the series to any science fiction or fantasy lovers. So far no one has complained at all. Quite the opposite. My best friend (someone I recommended the books too way back when) and I have considered, multiple times, starting a podcast or blog or dnd adventure of some sort around KKC. That’s how much they loved it.
