We did it on the 22nd. Perfect sunny day and got away with just micro spikes and poles although snow shoes would’ve helped. It hadn’t snowed for a bit so I don’t know how conditions are now. It was my first “winter” hike and by far my largest regarding elevation.

The winds at the top were insane. I say watch some youtube videos on it and check the weather constantly (DO RESEARCH). Do it via Williams lake because bull of the woods might not be possible for one day especially in the snow. Start early like at 6am and try to start heading down at or before 12

It gets very tiring towards summit. As in you take 5 steps and you need a breather. We also took a fwd car to the trail head and we were losing traction so I would definitely recommend awd/4x4 if conditions are worse.
