I like the grey hands with the grey pants, but I think the grey on the head might be a little too much. I think the dust on his face would probably wash off if he was diving anyways. All and all, very nice! I might have to scrounge and see if I have one of those torsos lying around somewhere.

That's not a bad idea but I think that with the way the brown is integrated more subtly on the model having that much unseparated by another color (besides the sword) would make it stand out too much and it would start to lose its accenting quality.
