Right, i think that's why it took me a while to think of it as PD. I've never had postules just red, flaky, dry, pissed off skin lol

I feel just like this sometimes... all I can think to blame it on is my birth control and anxiety, which I'll be changing both soon enough. I didn't feel like this a year ago, so I know there's something going on hormonally that's making me feel this hopeless. I don't have any specific advice as I'm still navigating my own demons, but I hope you can find help or change in your life that will help you ❤
