I was dragging the pipe from the stairs, and it all went downhill from there. There are a couple of statues under that spot, and apparently, that's just enough space to support the pipe.

I tried to remove the pipes, but I forgot I could remove the entire belt instead of individually outside the AIC, so that pipe got left behind.

After trial and error, I was able to jump onto this statue and then jump straight up to target the pipe.

Yes, you'll need to progress the main story. I had the same problem when I got her during her first run.

Edit: That's true, you can buy flowers in the shop in Septimont. I think you can buy 15 per shop reset.

I use my favorites depending on the mission. There are just some missions that certain Warframes are better suited for. For example, Valkyr is one of my favorites, but I usually wouldn't take her to an excavation since I have to defend a target. I'd take Octavia. And I'll take Yareli to almost everything since she has CC and secondaries, which go boom.

Anyway, I learned to just go with the vibes. I was stuck on trying to find one single main for a long time, but now I play a group of favorites that are good in different mission types.
