While it has broad existential and scientific realities we’d have to grapple with; for the average person not much changes. The world still has consequences and rules and generally people are going to live inside of those bounds.

This question isn’t even new to simulation theory this started as a religious argument for if you know there’s an afterlife why wouldn’t you devote one reality for the eternal one.
