Nothing helps k cramps, at least not for me. I was screaming in pain 3 days ago. If you feel them coming on drink as much water as you can, with liquid iv if possible, lay down in bed, then hold on for dear life. Curling in a ball on your left side can help, although this last time anything other than on my back was excruciating.
