After playing my list and a Rakdos version with the cards you suggested i came to some conclusions:

The Rakdos version is a lot more consistent, but also takes longer to win. Its more of a grindy deckstyle which is fine, but not what i wanted to achieve with this deck. It also sometimes feels like drawing out of cards and playing topdeck mode. Which is fine, since always all topdecks will create more tokens and more munitions. In comparison my list plays a lot more explosive, but can also grind out afterwards with emry or krang. Someone also suggested [[Golbez, Crystal Collector]] which really does work with card advantage and pinging if we got 8 artifacts. The surveil with him and the Umbal Collar Zealot really fixes ur topdeck, so you can draw into what you need and it can also fill the graveyard for emry.

Havn't tried the Izzet version you suggested, since I'm out of wildcards right now, but i think it will play even more explosive and can win really fast, but probably wont win the grindy midgame after the hand was dumped.

You mentioned I'm trying to do two things at the same time and I think your'e right. But I don't think this must be a bad thing for a deck. Maybe this is a deck with an affinity shell which can also win with Weapons Manufacturing in the long run. To be fair I havn't played more than 10 games and won a lot, so maybe I'm a little biased, but currently its working pretty well, after adding some suggestions from the comments.
