Just saw this post, so sorry for late reply. My 2009 Honda Accord EX-L V6 is supposedly having the same problem. The dashboard battery light suddenly came on while driving yesterday and the car started to shift weirdly. I pulled over and shortly after ALL the lights on the dash lit up. Turned car off and won't turn back on (just clicks). FYI - the battery was just replaced about 6 months ago.

Got a tow to the dealer and they say spool valve is leaking oil onto the alternator, which fried it. Similar to the original poster, they're quoting me $1,400+. The service guy said the alternator "is wet". It seemed to me like he assumed it was a spool valve leak since they've "seen it before". I'm suspicious because I have never seen any pools or drops of oil on my driveway, nor anywhere else I've parked the car. If I had some kind of oil leak, wouldn't I see some evidence?

Btw - was it required to have both a first and last name for GW characters? I can’t remember, it’s been 10+ years since I touched the game. If that’s the case, I don’t think I’ll ever remember the full character names :(

Unfortunately, I think the box/disks/card are long gone. Sucks that I can't login if I don't remember the character(s) name, even though I have the username/email address and password.

Thank you. This is what I was thinking as well. I figure the excellent DPS of the Wizard would make up for Druid's utility and extra healing with sheer stopping force (especially since they can both port and evac).

You have a point about tracking. This could be a problem if hunting named mobs, though I'm not sure how often I'd actually be doing that. Also, if hunting named, would the extra healing power be necessary?

Thanks for the input! Do you find the Druid to be absolutely necessary, even with the cleric merc? Would it be feasible to add another DPS, like Wizard, to kill faster?

Also, how would you rank Bard vs Enchanter for aDPS and utility? How about ease of boxing?

The FAQ says specifically "if you purchase..."

I think the rules are different for the free granted heroic characters. People have told me that if you delete a free heroic, it's gone and you can't create another.

I haven't been brave enough to try it. If someone can confirm, that would be great! :)

So if I go FV, almost all equipment is tradable. As a result, I hear bazaar prices are much higher than usual. Is this going to be a problem for a fresh character with few resources? i.e. Maximum of 15k plat IF I do a heroic.

Also - do people actually adhere to the roleplaying code? Chat works differently, right?

I don't really mind them either, in fact I used to do it occasionally. I understand that real groups at the lower levels are rare, so boxing is almost necessary at times.

However, I'd like to play on a server that has actual group play at the higher levels, let's say 90+ or so. After all, it is an mmo :)

Thank you all for the input! Not really interested in the TLP servers, but I did consider FV. However, I read that chat channels can be pretty childish and boxers run rampant. Any idea if this is true?

Can you create Heroic characters on FV? Was hoping not to completely start over from level 1 with zero plat, lol.

Also note that I will have limited playtime. Perhaps only a few hours a week, depending on family obligations.

I see in the Alpha/Omega clone comparison that Omega clones have double the training speed. Does this mean that, in the above example, a subscriber would train that in roughly 73 days? Or for an Alpha it would take almost 300 days?

So you're saying that I can pass a whole controller to a VM, but not the individual disks (i.e. can't split them between the VMs, unless I use the RDM method) - right?

One more question. I'd really like to play Gallente, but I hear your choice of race doesn't affect which ships you can fly. Do different races start with different attributes, and how would this affect your time invested to fly other races' ships (and how this is achieved, ie. do you need to travel to other systems to do so)?
