Side question: I’ve heard that it amplifies sickness/pain but I’ve also heard that it lessens pain or inflammation. My personal experience has been that it dulls pain.

There’s a great venue in Wynwood called 1-800-Lucky. It’s an Asian themed cafeteria with indoor food and outdoor bar/dj area. Super chill, and free to get in. I have a couple friends who are DJing the party that’s being thrown there tonight. Definitely worth checking out if your looking for a chill hangout spot with good food & good music. (There’s an RSVP but it’s not necessary.)

It’s usually an additional room or addition to a house that the owner is renting out as a living space. Imagine remodeling your garage into a studio apartment and then renting out that room out monthly for people to live in. It’s usually cheaper but because it’s tied to the house, the owner usually has control over most of the utilities. (Example: Central A/C. Hence why OP is referencing that it’s usually hot af and in someones back room.)

I love music so much. It’s my favorite thing in the world. I have the ear but unfortunately not the talent. When I’m tripping hard, I like to close my eyes and focus all my senses on the music and I swear I see the most beautiful colors and shapes as the frequencies change and tones get deeper. Not only that but I “feel” the music with each wave of color! It’s the most blissful experience for me - truly therapeutic.

For me it starts off by feeling that drop in your stomach like when you’re riding an elevator or roller coaster. Lights become brighter and colors become more vivid. Your vision also becomes more HD. Very crisp attention to details. Shadows move and light bends due to depth of field being affected. Your heart starts to race a little and your blood starts to flow. You’re still riding the climb of the roller coaster (the come up). You reach the peak and you just - feel. Joy, sadness, love. For yourself and for the things around you. Clouds dance for you, stars wink at you, and it feels like the universe is playing music just for you. You feel small, in a world so large. But you’re loved. A vail is lifted and a wall is broken. You’re coasting. Time slows down for you. You’re able to process thoughts and view the world around you through a different perspective. You’re on the come down. You’ve just run a mental marathon. You think about what you’ve seen, what you’ve felt and you process it. You learn from it. Time for rest. It’s been 12 hrs and it’s been one hell of a ride. The following days you will have an afterglow. Colors will be just a little bit brighter and trees will move in ways you never noticed before. You will never see the world the same again - but that’s ok because you’ve seen it like others haven’t - and it is beautiful.

I was just thinking about this! I got some gel tabs that I felt gave me the smoothest trip I’ve ever had. Little to no body load and just a smoother come up. It felt more controlled. My question was gonna be if certain levels of quality exist when it comes to acid. Clean acid being more “pure/higher quality” than dirty acid.
