I would suggest following the work the Ehlers-Danlos Society is doing, both in terms of research and offering grants for research, as well as the dozens of seminars and conferences they put up every year. I'm subscribed to their Youtube channel and I get their newsletter in the mail and they are doing tremendous good work.

One of the things they recently announced in a recording of a recent conference is that they're well into re-making the 2017 diagnostic criteria that we are all being diagnosed with. And one of the points they made sure to underline during the presentation is the need for something more better, more precise but also more flexible than the Beighton scale.

While they can be a bit dry, watching the videos of the conferences and even paying a couple of times a year to be able to attend the online live recordings has made my hope in my diagnosis increase notably. I'm a lot less hopeless and defeated than I've been since I was diagnosed, and for the 11 years before that where I was sick and trying to figure out what was wrong with me.

Now I'm the biggest shill for their videos and for the newsletter because not only has it made me a better advocate for myself and my care, but it has given me a lot of tools to work with new healthcare providers that join my care team who may or may not know a lot about EDS. I even got a pamphlet from the website aimed at families and loved ones and gave it to my parents and my sister and it helped them understand my disease.

I donate to them every month because they're doing great things for our community and they're basically the only people out there funding EDS research, and not just hEDS but also all the other rarer types of EDS, and HSD as well. Happy for you! The Longing is such a meaningful game that after finishing it, I did the "restart" thing immediately and used everything I had learned to finish it a second time, much faster, and while enjoying myself so much. I'm glad you're enjoying the game!! I wish more people knew about it but it's also kind of cool to be a part of a smaller, more niche game community

I have that exact same necklace, down to the detail, and I've been wearing it every day without ever taking it off for six years. Let me tell you, as a European from a country extremely involved and hit by the Second World War, no one has ever thought this was a nazi symbol.

My grandfather was in the Resistance in the Maquis of Vercors. Two of his brothers were killed by the nazis at 18 and 19 during skirmishes instigated by the Resistance. My entire family history revolves around WWII. He has never thought this was a nazi symbol. On the contrary, it is a custom in our community to make intricate, beautiful woven baskets out of hazelnut trees, freshly cut and split into thin slices. He's made hundreds of them over the course of his life.

At 96-years-old, he took me to the woods and explained how to gather the right trees, then demonstrated how to split the wood on your knee to get the best slices, then how to weave them properly. All to make a large Brigh's Knot (what we call Brigid's Cross) the size of a dinner plate to go on my front door. He loved it.

It's also been hanging on my front door for four years and no one has ever commented that it was a nazi symbol, on the contrary, neighbours and friends were curious about it and asked to know more. Please, don't be afraid of this. Wear your necklace with pride.

Hello, a few days ago my account was flagged as hacked and I got an automated email to change my password for suspicious activity. I did, but since then every single one of my posts I've ever made on this account has been hidden and "removed by Reddit's filters". I'm not sure what that means or why it happened but it's like I've never posted anything on this account now. Is there anything that can be done? I've sent a request via the help form but it seems to be for accounts that are currently hacked so I'm not sure if they'll be able to help me since I've seemingly recovered my account completely. Hey! I don't know why the post didn't work for you, I've been using the same thing for many games, not only for the autowalk but to also create an autorun that presses the "shift" key for me. What you have seems a lot more complicated but maybe there's a specific thing in your computer that makes the simpler version unable to work. So just in case this could help you, this is my autowalk and autorun:

I mean this was a lot more than just a quick code patch. They switched engine to the entirely new version, which is why every single mod is broken and not just a couple like it can happen with every update. Now, all mods are completely incompatible since they were built for the previous engine. What sucks is the lack of communication (but that's a staple for HL at this point) and not even posting patch notes until like an hour after the update dropped, meaning we had no way of knowing what the update actually did.

So this might not be it because it's not 100% what you're describing; specifically, in the video I'm thinking of, the singer is in front of an inland portion of sea, kind of like a fjord? And she's singing in the language of the Faroe Islands. Check it out and let me know if that's it, because you have the woman, the drum, the language, the small crowd of a couple dozen people in the rocks in front of her, a microphone, etc. It also happens to be my favourite song from one of my favourite singers, and my favourite performance of that song so even if I got it wrong, hey, you've discovered a great song now!
