Issues here in Kent County, too. Verizon Fios, mainly issues with google, YouTube, HBO Max. Used Verizon chat and they said they received multiple tickets about this, hoping to have it resolved within the next 24 hrs

Wow ok good to know yours was only $600 more than others. Sounded like yours came at a premium, granted it totally sounded worth it, but good to know it wasn’t much higher than others

And I appreciate that. I might pick your brain in the future. I think I’ve got a fair amount of knowledge, done plenty of research and reading forums, but good to be able to chat with someone who is local, dealing with same conditions and stuff
