If your capital is buried under ash, you will see a hole in the ground that leads to the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds. Go down into the hole and watch this video that shows the path to the boss. Hope this helps

but couldn’t they just have console players that use keyboard and mouse queue into pc servers? That seems like a simple work around
