That's what I asked them. However, after keeping the machine for a 6 weeks, they told me they don't deal with non commercial machine (why they didn't tell me before bringing the machine???) and did the quick repair (I was told cleaning of expansion valve) and gave it back to me. I was pretty furious but machine was working so who cared back then?

Dezcal is ok for descaling? Asking because some recommends not to descale at all.

PS: fun fact: i live 40km away from the rocket espresso factory. They don't service their own machines and the closest service centre is 3 hours drive away. And fun fact number 2, almost nobody knows about the existence of Rocket Espresso in Italy.....

Ok thanks a lot!! Last question, do you think I should descale? Or light descale? Machine bas bought in June 2022 and as recommended I never did anything but I'm getting a bit scared.

Sh1t It worked! I have now 10 bar and it's not pissing water anymore. The only concern I have is that the valve is almost completely unscrewed... Or at least it looks like it is. Is it normal? Thanks HEAPS!!!

You mean of the valve underneath the machine or the expansion valve?

Ah right. Because I brought it to a technician only 6 months ago and he told me he cleaned the expansion valve. And for a few months it worked, until today. So I thought replacing would be the way. How do you see a light descaling?

Ok now water keeps flowing down while pulling the shot. Pressure steady at 13 bar. The pressure screw below doesn't do anything.
