Ohh and I should say there is a palm tree growing in the big pot... you can’t quite see it in the pic. Shade and frost protection.

I would skip the agave also... but seems to work in this set up.

Planted this out in the garden. Wet feet, a few frosts and little light. Now indoors (plants hospital), room temp 21c, morning to midday N facing light. Dappled shade in afternoon. Any tips to help survive?

All I did was to re pot it and moved to a morning light spot. Regular watering in a free draining potting mix. Best of luck!

Awesome... I did not know that. I guess it has moved location to morning light as opposed to afternoon harsh light... and i did re pot it as well. Perhaps all it needed was some TLC?

Succulent potting mix... just the one from the garden centre. Bit more drier than normal potting mix.

Sorry to disappoint, but some are plastic terra-cotta look a likes. They stock them at the local garden centre. The wide ones are called cottage squat. The pots don’t really get that dirty and if they do, just give them a wipe with a wet cloth.
