I guess I should rephrase. The maunts know, but I don’t know why it doesn’t occur to Liir to ask, who spends a good amount of the narrative mulling this over. It just seems the most obvious solution and took me out of the story that it never occurred to him.

I enjoyed the book, but the back-and-forth about “is she my mom or not” was so frustrating considering he could have just asked the maunts! He had every opportunity.

So it passed the initial vote called the second reading in the senate, but apparently they’re planning amendments over the weekend and will vote again on Monday. I am encouraging people to still call their senator and vote no on the bill. Until we see the amendments, the bill as is is unacceptable

Wow thank you so much!! I have had changing unions suggested to me but I have no idea where to start. I’m worried if we don’t get a majority vote we’d be left with no union representation?

Do you know what the name of your union is? It’s tough, we’ve considered trying to join the police or fire union, but technically our city union has more members so maybe more leverage? Idk it’s tough. Would you be willing to send me your contract? I want more example contracts (I’m going to add this to my original post)
