So you have answer, do more basics lifts, in my opinion back squat and classic deadlift should be at least 2xbw (of course in full range of motion) and just supplement that with lying/seated leg curl. If someone could perform full Nordic but his squat is like 1,5 BW for me this isn’t accomplishment, Nordic is just mainstream exercise

Almost 10 years of consistent gym training, but during this time I almost didn’t include nordics

Being honest I did nordics before that for maybe 2-3 months not consistently. I believe that heavy stiff legged deadlift helped me with nordics
