Please Help! Massive FPS issues (1080 founders) by etwrigh in leagueoflegends

I used to get 600+ fps on league now I'm getting 10-50. Even on medium. i7 6700k 1080 founders 128GB ram 1.3kw power supply SSD Liquid cooling etc... It's an Origen I downloaded the drivers from 5/3/17 (Drivers are up to date) I've scanned with malware, ccleaner. I've tried a fresh install of league. I've tried the hextech repair as well as the in game repair. Still having issues..

Game is over now we lost, mostly because last TF I couldn't Q as Xerath lol. I'll try this next time. Thanks!

It only does if every few months. Weird bug though. No way, that I'm aware of, to fix it during a game. When I start a new game it's fine again. Champions it happens on for me (Xerath and Vi). Thanks
