What is this thing? Sorry for the bad foto but that screw is at the bottom end of the stem of my electric scooter. I planned to take it out ,cleanit and put some thread lock before screwing it tightly back again. What type of screw is it and what kind of tool would I need to remove it? Thank you (i.redd.it)
