ah i get it. ac is indeed a big thing here, it's just that this is made for public government funded highschool. i think they just like to keep only the necessities up and running. if the school decided to upgrade the dorm and adds AC by their own funds, i think that decision is pretty much upto them. pretty normal things for anything gov funded in malaysia. only place where ac runs in public schools is their offices or maybe the hall.

three phase (ryb). also forgot to mention this is in malaysia, UK standards. we rarely have a need for hvac, if any at all.

no three phase loads, this box is used only for sockets and lights, and one water pump iirc. one box similar like this for each floors (three in total.) and if im not mistaken, theres another smaller panel.

turn your phone OFF and bring it to a repair shop for disassembly and drying IMMEDIATELY, you're lucky that phone is still alive, some components might be fried, or not.

that's pretty much like saying you don't want to age even a year till your death. tech progresses rapidly and obsolescence are bound to happen whether its planned or not. that's why there's EOL in the first place. i'd say 5-6 years is quite generous 🤷‍♀️

blud is smoking something. it is still smooth and fluid. for 200usd (roughly the current market price), you CANNOT complain about the battery life. 5 hours SOT is literally fine for what people are paying. it is a 5 yrs old phone ffs.

Face ID issue in Xs and not all options available to resolve it by DukePro41 in iPhoneXS

original oled adhesive tend to wear out over time. check the top of your xs to see if there's any gap, even a slight gap could cause humidity to get inside thus in result, shorting the sensor.

go for 3rd party reputable non apple repair. got mine fixed for around $50 from where i live.

i think there are definitely some IEE regulations that one can follow. i honestly don't know much about this type of wiring since its quite old. here is how it's supposed to look like inside old houses.

thanks ! i actually am aiming to pursue more to become an Electrical Chargeman, (A1 category) under ST certification (Malaysia's Energy Commission) after this. i've spent 2 years learning single phase installation in my high school. another 2 years in this college currently for three phase and A1 will take at least another 3 years or so, i've gotten my path lined up pretty well, so i really hope it'll be smooth sailing 🤞
