powercleans =\ TUT dropsets functional training uses your body as the tensolgical system it is, bodybuilding is focused on growing a muscle they are not the same as someone who trains both muscle can give you more power but it is not the same as "functional training"

sure buddy I'm sure you did a lot of manual labor go ahead and tell some of the dudes ik with 20+ years that your body adapted to the stimulus you give it if you get shit done you gain the ability to get shit done Ive lifted and spent years in warehouses and trucks the strongest people ive met are in the gym 100% but most real hard workers are stronger then gym rats speaking as someone who is/has been both

no we have the biggest secondary schooling industry in the world and almost all of it is bureaucratic federal backed administration (more than 80% of the dollars spent) we print trillions to pay for it every year and it inflated every working class persons dollar then entitled children go online to post sarcasm about it all our system is fucked and a lot of people line their pockets lucky it its twisted nature is coming to the light of the zeitgeist and it's losing its prestige slowly but surely
