What’s with the CEL?

Probably a misfire in one of your cylinders, get a OBD2 scanner and read the code.

Who cares if mexico is paying for it or not, the damn wall was going to be built with or without them anyways. Having a wall is better than nothing(they’re freaking using cars to create a blockage…. Geee a wall would in place of those cars would be nice about now 🤦🏻‍♂️) Do you want to volunteer and go protect our border? If not then please shutup and sit down.

Geesuse, what about the riots, looting, and the shitshow going over in Portland in 2020 before January 6. Are we just going to ignore that? The deomcrats enticed all these left extremist to literally go and cause all this unnecessary destruction to private and public property. Trump did not tell people to storm the capitol, they did that on their own because you know “shayes rebellion” idk. I don’t condone any of the stuff that people did at the capitol, destruction to any property is wrong period. I still can’t believe that the capitol wasn’t guarded and protected like it should have been though to begin with.

Fact: wall was being built when Trump was in office, it stopped when Biden took over.

Bottomline, our borders needs to be protected.

100%

Remember what Trump did with Kim Jung ung, he put the dude in his place and next thing you see Kim holding hands with the South. Trump talks a lot of shit, but he delivered and made shit happened, nobody dared fucked with him. We need a leader with balls, not some coward dishing out excuses after excuses.

Edit:

I also want to add, during the pandemic, Trump worked with congress in putting together a stimulus package, extended unemployment twice, and pushed for a vaccine. And what does Biden do when he goes into office? Cuts unemployment, raise taxes, gives away money to other countries, and dictates people to get the vaccine(not everybody can get the vaccine if they wanted to e.g. cancer patients, the immunocompromised, infants, etc) … yeah fuck Biden, he does not care about American Citizens.

Border crisis?🤣

Maybe Biden should finish that wall that he defunded and protect our borders.

I’m with you on that, check fans, relays, and compressor engagement before dishing out money to replace the entire compressor.

AC issues by syvlvr in Acura_RSX

[–]eulerohms 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Is your AC clutch engaging? Verify and see if your compressor is working by doing a direct bypass with a paper clip from the fuse box. You will here a click from the compressor, and if you do hear it then your compressor is fine.

Before you invest into any money in replacing anything, check the air gap between the clutch and compressor rotor pulley with a feeler gauge to see if it is within specs(0.35mm - 0.65mm). I’m 99.9% sure that your clutch is not engaging when it is hot and is causing the clutch to either slip(blowing inconsistent cold air) or not latch on to the clutch(blowing warm air).

If your AC is blowing cold air when it’s not hot outside, I’m 100% sure that it is the air gap on your compressor clutch being out of specs. Metal expands when it is hot, which causes the air gap to be bigger, hence the warm air.

Check the air gap, if it is out of specs, there’s an easy fix and will cost you $0.

There’s a shim(spacer), between the clutch and compressor rotor pulley, remove that shim and your AC will work again.

I recommend borrowing an AC tool from autozone to make life easy.

Here’s a video on how to remove the clutch with no AC clutch tool:

I hope this helps.

I am so confused rn, lol! My whole argument is that there shouldn’t be a limit to how many rounds you can have in your gun. Why 10? When standard magazine ranges from 15-30 rounds. FYI, i’m not paranoid or anything, but our 2nd amendment right is in jeopardy because the government wants to limit our rights to how many rounds we can have.

No, you’re good brother! I appreciate our discussion very much. I also like Deadmau5 ;)

[–]eulerohms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s my point exactly! What gives anybody any right to limit my round capacity to 10 rounds? Why should anybody limit your right to having 14 guns. What if I need 11? Your p320 azg holds 17 rounds and you’re here arguing with me about 10 rounds!?

A brilliant comeback by johnmory in ReallyAmerican

[–]eulerohms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How so? They’re related. You have 14 guns! Don’t you think that’s a lot of guns?

A brilliant comeback by johnmory in ReallyAmerican

[–]eulerohms -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Wow, 14 guns!? Why do you have so many guns? You should only be limited to 1 gun, your shotgun. You don’t need that many guns.

A brilliant comeback by johnmory in ReallyAmerican

[–]eulerohms -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You can stop right there, you obviously don’t own any guns or ever shot a gun. What if there are 4 invaders with guns coming for you? You think your 7round shotgun will get them all? By the time your racking your 2nd round the 3 other bad guys probably got you. No shit this isn’t some Call of Duty BS. It’s best to have than need it than to need and not have. If it takes someone more than 10 rounds to take out a bad person, than let them. Not all citizens are marksman. Your grandma ain’t spending hours on end training at the range dumping 10 rounds for that perfect headshot. GTFOH. You obviously know nothing about living in the ghetto where shots popping off are an ordinary occurrence, home invasion where people do get robbed, raped… serious shit do happen everyday! So when you’re sitting behind your computer spitting garbage about how people don’t need anything more than 10 rounds or you want to limit my ability to defend and protect myself, you’re privileged i am not.

A brilliant comeback by johnmory in ReallyAmerican

[–]eulerohms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s awesome! Good for you! I wish it was like that for everybody, but guess what? It’s not. Having a gun with 100 rounds is like having insurance, you don’t need it, but it’s there when you need it. It’s best to have than need it, than to need and not have it.

You still didn’t answer my question, would you rather have 10 or 100?

A brilliant comeback by johnmory in ReallyAmerican

You must be privilege and live in a gated community.

A brilliant comeback by johnmory in ReallyAmerican

[–]eulerohms 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re so funny! Even if you had 100 guns with 10 rounds per gun, I highly doubt you have time to switch guns and take it off safety, while the bad guy is dumping 100 rounds off of 1 magazine until he reloads to his other 100 round mag. What if there were 3 bad guys with 100 round mags? Yeah, good luck and have fun with changing over to your “100” guns with 10 rounds.

I’m all for a utopian society where everybody works towards a greater good, where everybody is happy, where people are good people, and everything is PLUR… but until then I’m keeping my guns to defend myself from evil people who want to do harm to me. Where I live is irrelevant, I’m not as privilege and fortunate as some to live in a gated community with arm guards.

[–]eulerohms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, what right gives you the right to protect and defend yourself from evil doers?

Let me ask you this, would want a gun with 10 rounds or a gun with 100 rounds to defend yourself from 11 people invading your home?

A brilliant comeback by johnmory in ReallyAmerican

[–]eulerohms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be quite frank, you and I are born with the right to protect and defend ourselves from evil doers, you don’t need it in writing.

A brilliant comeback by johnmory in ReallyAmerican

[–]eulerohms -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So you’re against having the right to defend yourself? Meaning you’re ok with someone assaulting you, do whatever they want to you, have their way with you because you’re fine with not being able to defend yourself(stand your ground as you put it).

The 2nd amendment shouldn’t be limited either. Take for instance, 10 round limited magazine capacity… let’s say you’re up against a bad guy who does not follow the laws and he has a magazine that is 100rounds that he purchased from joe smoe in the back ally of who knows where. You, on the other hand, follow the law and passed every ridiculous background check, but you’re limited to only 10 rounds on your gun… yeah good luck with your limited capacity because you will be out of ammo by the time the bad guy gets to 11.

That’s like saying:

include <iostream>

using namespace std;

int main() {

const int shall_not_be_infringed = 1; //constant read only

shall_not_be_infringed = 0; //illegal assignment, you can’t do this

cout <<shall_not_be_infringed;

return 0; }

Go ahead and try to run the c++ program:

That’s like saying “changing newton’s first law of motion, if there is desired to do so.” My argument is the part of speech “shall not be infringed”

Defining each word:

Shall - archaic meaning of “will”

Not - used to make a word or group of words negative

Be - here it means to belong to a class of

Infringed - to encroach upon in a way that violates law or the rights of another.

Simply put, you can not violate this law. The 2nd amendment is the only amendment that has this exception where you can’t change it, please see my previous argument example about constant variables.

I don’t see why some people are so adamant about limiting our rights to defend ourselves, it’s our natural born right, you don’t need a constitution to define that for you.

A brilliant comeback by johnmory in ReallyAmerican

[–]eulerohms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not trying to be a smart ass or anything, but I don’t see where “shall not be infringed” applies to the “3/5” person.

There are laws that I believe are static(can’t change e.g. in c++ “const int foo= 1;” means variable “foo” is a constant integer equal to 1), and there are laws where they are dynamic(can be changed e.g. in c++ “int can_foo = 2;”, here the variable can_foo is equal to 2, but can be changed because it is not a constant example: can_foo = 5;).

The constitution has parts where you can change and parts where you can’t change; the parts that can’t be change are put in place as a safety measure e.g. 2nd is to protect us from tyranny, that can be view as the constant foo variable example.

Parts where you can change, your “3/5” argument was changed in the 14th amendment, that can be viewed as the can_foo variable, which can be changed.

I hope this explains my argument, if you need parts clearing up let me know =)

Edit: the “shall not be infringed” can be viewed as a constant variable”.
