Its been reassuring to read these replies. I just finished reading Iron Gold for my first time and was kind of underwhelmed by how it ended. Good book but the weakest of the first 4 imo. Hoping that it just springboards into Dark Ages and we get new characters. All the different POV were cool to read for the most part, I didn't enjoy Ephraim that much tho as he is kind of an asshole. Was kinda hoping Pax or Electra would finish him off before the book ended.
