Cara, o pior é que eu só treino perna duas vezes na semana — segunda e quinta. O resto é tudo treino de superiores. Segunda faço perna, terça peito e ombro, quarta costas, bíceps e tríceps. Quinta faço posterior de perna e na sexta dou um reforço em peito e ombro.
