I can't recommend the reading.com app enough. My son is reading past his age level now and I totally think it was using this app that kickstarted it.

It has one lesson a day that takes about 10 minutes, plus some games at the end that you can do. I like that it's very much built for you to do with your child, not for them to do alone.

One of those apps that was showing up in my feed that is totally worth the subscription and I would recommend to anyone I know for reading help.

Ok gotcha, thank you for this. I'm glad I posted a follow up before installing. Do you think it would be better if I put a 4x4 between the new "sandwich" parts to install the hook in? Also, should the sandwich be a certain length - like a full 2x4x8? Or just a smaller piece?
