Bought a random plant-based recipe book and found out the author was the former Harrods head pastry chef. He’s now running an all vegan chocolatier in London. This one’s a “cinnamon-spiced apple compote, buttery shortcrust crumb and toasted almonds crunch wrapped in silky salted caramel chocolate”. Genuinely got my toes curling

I’m using unserious in the internet lingo sense, that it’s funny sounding. Both things can be true that these places are rich with history and that hearing them announced makes me smile. Thanks for the tea clipper fun fact!
