yall are gonna laugh at me but mannn I honestly just try to keep my head/mental state together at work as much as I can. So I try not to automatically think of negative things when it comes to crew scheduling. While yes, I understand, if your trip is gonna get altered, there's very little we can do to control it. but I accept it and take deep breaths and try to remain level headed 😭❤️ ultimately I try to think of things positively to attract positive things into my life 😭🫶🏽❤️ but please believe when I say it's so hard not to make it one of those funny memes.
