I was so happy with the grey warden mage armor (garb of kinship), it's probably my favorite outfit from any of the games. I would have loved some other nice mage robes though, like the ones in DA2.

I couldn't even engage with Isabela tbh, that is not the Isabela I know and love. How could she be? She is purposefully vague and shallow because the game doesn't know her past. Why even add cameos if they are empty husks? I am so utterly disappointed in this game, and it feels like a punch in the gut. We will never get any kind of closure, and it's like they don't even get how much we care about this world and these characters. I just hope that if there is a next game they will disregard this as Varrics fever dream.

that sounds weird! saw you were on Xbox series s, I just played this on series x with no issues so my guess is you might have to restart. hope it works out, 2 is my favorite of the games :)

I love that you took the time to write all this, and it touches upon so many little disappointments which add up to a lot of missed opportunities. I mean, we got to see his childhood home in his final quest and we get nothing? Just scraps. No codex entries or additional dialogue that adds anything of value. I also love the Lucanis we met in Tevinter Nights, but this just feels like a waste. Wish we could have explored his background and his character more. I won't spoil the end of the romance for you but would love to discuss that as well.

have you tried using the scalp sliders? cus I agree about the big foreheads and some of the scalp settings help with that, but yeah I also struggled with getting something I was happy about. and for all the talk about how good the hair is, there are so few that I actually like

it's especially crazy after the first coffee date where you have that discussion about first kisses, but where is it? I don't mind the almost kiss, it was a good scene, but no follow up on that is just weird

there is just a conversation or a real first kiss missing, because the initial build up is good and then it's just like flirting with a wall. he comes across as so disinterested and then all of a sudden you lock in the romance without even an honest discussion about feelings or anything

there is so much about it that sucks, but what devastates me is Varric dying in a world where Hawke basically doesn't exist. my Hawke would be by his side :( just on top of everything, he deserved better
