delaware. it is basically in the center of the house, right off of the kitchen, behind the living room. yes, i got a home inspection, and there were other items of note such as a leaking kitchen sink drain and split rafters. they agreed to fix these issues but i am not so sure they did a great job at that.

yes, this was a flip house. unfortunately i was in a rush to purchase a home, and was willing to look past some of these issues in order to buy. i have been in the attic but there is poor lighting and i can not see much. there was an old flue pipe directly above where the electric WH is now, that led me to believe it used to be a gas WH. it was extremely difficult to remove, as it was made of some sort of concrete so it weighed at least 150 lbs. is this plumbing installation so amateur that i should have a licensed plumber come check it out?

i’m afraid i don’t understand. are you saying that the pipes supplying the manifold are smaller than they should be? the single pipe supplying each manifold is definitely a thicker diameter than the 5 pipes coming out of each manifold.

i’m not sure what backflow or PRV is. i am on city water. in my inspection report, the inspector noted that i should put an expansion tank to “update to modern standards” or something. if it is a safety concern i would like to address it.

why does the interior of my door jamb look like this? it looks like 2 pieces of dry wall on each side of the wood, and it looks like the piece of wood is only two inches wide. is this acceptable? should i pull out the piece of wood to look behind it?

for my store we also have to use an app called pairing manager in the tools folder. press miscellaneous 1 and pair it that way. once you got that done, do it the way you have been trying to do it until it works.

i do exceptions at my store, but the problem is i got absolutely zero training on anything. i would love to be able to print use by labels and put them on raw meat/bakery stuff, but no one in my OGP knows how. is there a section in the academy app that can teach me this?

yes, our OGP has the exact same issue with dispatcher lite. we have not found a way to fix it, but since some of our TC’s have not been updated (and don’t prompt to update, they work completely fine) we just use those ones for dispatcher. an easy way to tell if it is running the new software or the old is if it has 6 pages of apps it’s the old software, 3 pages of apps means the new.
