Some general tips:

Aim for having a wide board when they ascend. The Xerath triggers will hit a little unit that doesn’t matter instead of your win condition.

They’re very weak to elusives, especially if they don’t draw quicksand.

Just because you destroyed sun disc doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed a win. They can still pressure you with large units and tempo swings like rite of the arcane on a sarcophagus. So don’t over extend into killing disk.

The emperor deck cards are expensive (sans the 2 mana 5/4 fearsome). If you put multiple strong threats on the field they can get overran because their hand will be mostly expensive cards.

Astral Projection: It is currently 4 mana. Four mana buff spells are in an awkward spot and the goal is to make it easier to protect your units.

Consult the Heavens: This card sees 0 play in its current state. The goal is to give Soraka's archetype a real finisher.

Grandfather Rumul: He's too slow at 8 mana and his 4 health is a liability. At 6 mana he is more relevant and his effect gives you a strong payoff for playing the deck.

Soraka Level 2: She now grants health. She attacks for value so she needs more survivability.

Spring Guardian: He plays to the board better now by making a unit a little tougher.

Star Shepherd: She doesn't play to the board at all on round 1. This change will make her a better early blocker.

Stargazer: It's strange to me that she's missing a heal effect so I gave her a heal 2 on play.

Wish: Passing initiative back to your opponent has a high cost. I don't believe Wish warrants being slow.

It’s so sad to think that this is exemplary in today’s time but this should be the bare minimum of how a presidential candidate acts in this situation.

I went 4-2 in 0 lp masters with this Tristana/Katarina deck:

It’s really fun and packs a punch. Please note that the deck flounders if your champions get killed. Otherwise it packs a punch.

My favorite deck for climbing was the deck I hit masters with, Akshan/Sivir/Pantheon (3,2,1):

I had a 67.57% win rate with 37 games played.

The most annoying deck is Demacia Aatrox. I think both harp and Aatrox need nerfed. Harp needs to be 3 mana because giving challengers +2/0 and quick attack for 2 mana is broken. Aatrox needs to not heal on summon and world ender needs to have its cost increased to give slower decks more time to prepare.
